About Etched Carnelian:
Etched Carnelian beads were crafted during the Indus Valley Civilization using a plant-derived natron solution to create patterns, which were then baked at low temperatures of around 300 to 400 degrees Celsius. These beads have been unearthed in various archaeological sites in Mesopotamia and Afghanistan, but it is believed that they were originally made in the Indus River region and transported via land and sea routes.
