Product Description: These lustrous large Agate beads are a variety of chalcedony, an intriguing mineral formed through the layered deposition of opal, quartz, and chalcedony within the cavities of igneous or sedimentary rocks. Historically cherished as adornments, Agate is recognized in Buddhism as one of the seven treasures. The stone is also celebrated for its symbolic meanings of "harmony," "symbiosis," and "health," enhancing its popularity as a powerful gemstone today. Agate beads with vertical stripes are distinctively known as "Agate," whereas those without patterns are referred to as "Chalcedony." This strand features the characteristic banded patterns of Agate, with an impressive top that resembles a piece of volcanic rock, coupled with strikingly striped Jasper beads for an opulent effect.
